(Sarasota, FL) On Wednesday, July 9, Orioles players and coaches will conduct a baseball clinic on the main field at Ed Smith Stadium for 50 children from the North Port Family YMCA. The clinic will begin at 10:30 a.m. with instruction in pitching, hitting, fielding, throwing, and base running. Media covering the event may park in the East Lot at the corner of 12th Street and Tuttle Avenue and enter through the Left Field Gate.
Orioles minor league players scheduled to participate include: Jacob Bray, Bobby Bundy, Eddie Gamboa, Randolph Gassaway, Michael Joseph, Andy Loomis, Kris Richards and Matt Taylor.
The Oriole Bird will also be present and refreshments will be provided to all participants.
